Lamb tenderloin dressed with proscuitto di Parma ham, basil and Asiago cheese and placed alongside a slice of our signature pork tenderloin braciole (also honored in the AJC). Served with pasta pouches stuffed with four cheeses and tossed with a lamb and tomato a jus sauce. Finished with an aged balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil.
